Firefighters from Lane and Douglas counties have joined the over 700 people fighting the Two Bulls Fire near Bend. Crews from Western Oregon mobilized under the Oregon State Conflagration Act as the first major wildfire of the season continued to burn out of control. KVAL News saw crews and engines from Springfield, Coburg and Lane Rural on the ground in Central Oregon on Monday. Seven people from the Douglas Forest Protective Association are there, too, the agency said. An estimated 250 homes remain in danger, with 50 homes under immediate evacuation orders.
