A New Jersey woman has filed a lawsuit against her former employer that alleges she was discriminated against by not being allowed to change her works hours to avoid driving in rush hour traffic. According to the suit, the anxiety that Andrea DeGerolamo experienced while driving to work at Fulton Financial was extreme enough to qualify "her as being disabled." The marketing consultant "began to feel great anxiety and depression, which was especially aggravated by crowded roadways experienced during the heavy traffic of rush hour."
