Graco, a maker of baby and childrens products, announced Tuesday a recall of harness buckles used on about 1.9 million infant car seats that were manufactured from July 2010 to May 2013. The company says some consumers have reported the buckle is unable to open. After a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation, Graco announced it will provide a free replacement buckle. “As the industry leader in baby and parenting essentials, the decisions we make about product safety are far-reaching. We take this responsibility seriously,” Graco President Laurel Hurd said.
