New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office Indicts Homeowner for Insurance Fraud

Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano announces that Sharon Fisher, 54, of Kingsberry Drive, Franklin Township, was indicted today by the Somerset County Grand Jury on charges of Insurance Fraud, Third Degree, (Two Counts); Forgery, Fourth Degree, (Two Counts); and Uttering a Forged Instrument, Fourth Degree, (Two Counts). This indictment stems from an investigation conducted by the Special Investigations Units in the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey Manufacturer’s Insurance Company.
