Florida Chiropractors Prosecuted for PIP Fraud

A West Palm Beach chiropractor and two Miami chiropractors were sentenced to prison for their roles in a massive staged vehicle accident scheme, defrauding insurance companies out of reimbursement claims, federal officials said Tuesday. Kenneth Karow, 54, of West Palm Beach was sentenced to 11 years in prison. Hermann Diehl, 44, of Miami and Hal Mark Kreitman, 50, of Miami Beach, were sentenced to nine and eight years in prison, respectively. All three were convicted of mail fraud and money laundering.
