A second hole formed Tuesday in the same neighborhood where a chasm swallowed a sedan a day earlier — and an expert says conditions are ripe for a third. The second hole opened on a roadway next to a front yard in the mobile home park near Holiday and had not consumed any structures or vehicles. No additional evacuations were ordered. The newest hole was about the same size as one that opened nearby Monday — about 10 feet wide, Pasco County spokesman Doug Tobin said.
