A Wilmington woman will appear in court next month, charged with falsifying an invoice to aid a couple in insurance fraud, according to a news release from N.C. Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin. Kathy Lynn Quince, 34, of 104 Spring Ave., is charged with insurance fraud and felony conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.
Quince was arrested Dec. 18 after investigators found an invoice she’d allegedly created to support Richard Dwaine Warren Jr. and Miriam Warren’s fraudulent State Farm Insurance Co. claim for stolen merchandise, the release states.
