Orange County health authorities say more than 30 people have been sickened after eating a type of Latin American holiday bread distributed by a Santa Ana bakery. The county Health Care Agency says people complained of dizziness, palpitations and numbness after eating Rosca de Reyes bread this week. The sweet bread is traditionally eaten on Jan. 6 for the Spanish and Latin American holiday of Kings Day, which celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men as told in the Bible.
