Emergency crews are on-hand at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in Detroit after parts of the building flooded Tuesday morning. FOX 2’s Roop Raj is on scene and says six courtrooms have been damaged. We’re told the courthouse will still be operational Tuesday, and the proceedings inside the damaged courtrooms will be relocated. "There are no cases cancelled today. Everything is fully operational, and we will be fully operational tomorrow and the rest of the week as well," says Chief Judge Pro Tem Timothy Kenny.
