Stolen Truck’s Getaway Ends In 3-Car Crash

Two 13-year-old teens were walking down the street in Washington Terrace when they saw a truck with the keys still in it and decided to take it, police say. The duo saw the crime of opportunity and decided to steal the Dodge Ram truck and drove toward South Ogden, according to Ogden City Police Lt. Lane Findlay. The owner of the truck heard it driving off and got his friend to help him chase the thieves in the friend’s truck. As one truck chased another police dispatchers received a number of reckless driving complaints.
