People jumped from windows to escape after a fire broke out at a condominium complex late Wednesday night in unincorporated Arapahoe County. The fire broke out about 11 p.m. and began in a first-floor apartment that trapped many people above in the hallways and apartments. And with the flames racing through the building, many had to take desperate efforts to save their lives. Firefighters said 15 to 16 people were injured, including an Arapahoe County sheriff’s deputy, and six were taken to a hospital.
