Funeral Home CEO Arrested For Worker’s Comp Fraud

Authorities have caught up with a 47-year-old man who allegedly collected disability back in 2011, even though he was still hard at work. The New York State Bureau of Criminal Investigation says that between June 2011 and Dec. 2011, David A. Ross fraudulently received more than $15,000 in state disability benefits on seven occasions for a back injury. However, during that time, officials say Ross was still earning a living as president of the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home in Wilson.
