11 People Invovled In Deadly Single-Vehicle Accident

The northbound lanes of Interstate 95 were shut down for hours after a crash killed three people Monday evening in Brevard County. Eleven people were in the Dodge Durango at the time of the crash. Officials said there were three fatalities, with the victims all being girls under the age of 18 years old. Eight people were sent to area hospitals, but their conditions were not known. The driver was identified as 34-year-old Latorya Brown, who was wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries. News 6 partner Florida Today reports Brown has been released from the hospital and that she is mother of the three children killed.
