Truck Used In Smash and Grab ATM Burglary

Surveillance video shows the two-minute long destruction of a Northeast Heights convenience store by burglars in order to steal an ATM. It happened last month at the Chevron on Montgomery and Eubank. Workers arrived in the morning to find the front of the store completely bulldozed after a pickup truck crashed through it, causing thousands of dollars’ worth of damage. Surveillance video from the Chevron shows the truck — a white Ford, possibly Chevy, with a Tommy lift gate and a grey paint on the passenger side door — back into the store’s front doors three times.
