Employees Of Fire-Damaged Businesses Transferred While Officials, Adjusters Investigate

Beyond the structure loss, it’s the employees of businesses seriously damaged last week in a fire that are most impacted by the blaze that fire officials called "suspicious." Rent-A-Center, Family Dollar and Chatti Hair Salon in Hamilton Plaza are still looking to recover from the damages they sustained during a massive fire last Tuesday that caused more than $500,000 in damages, according to estimates from Hamilton fire officials. As of Wednesday, employees and management of the shuttered stores, were still going through the process of trying to figure out the future of their operations in the plaza, as well as working with investigators and insurance adjusters while they look into what caused the blaze.
