A flipped semi-truck blocked all lanes traffic on Northbound Interstate 405 in downtown Bellevue Wednesday morning. At one point, traffic was backed up for at least 7 miles. The main roadway was reopened around 9:30 a.m., the Washington State Department of Transportation says. The off-ramp to Northeast 4th and Northeast 8th Streets will remain closed to clear debris. The truck overturned a bit after 5 a.m. at the Northeast Fourth Street exit. The crash split the semi-truck into two pieces. The driver told officials that he lost control due to slick conditions.
