Fire broke out at Otter Creek Marina early Tuesday morning, officials said, impacting several boats and a garage. The blaze in the 600 block of Otter Creek Road was reported at 1:39 a.m., according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association. Five boats from 18 to 30 feet long were involved, in addition to a garage, he reported, noting all of the boats were dry docked.
