Florida officials condemned two additional homes Sunday as a massive sinkhole in the area continues to grow. Pasco County officials said in a press release Sunday that two additional homes were being condemned. Two homes were swallowed when the sink hole appeared on July 14. County officials say they noticed bucking and foundation shifting Friday and had the contractor in charge of cleaning up the sinkhole stop. Between Thursday and Saturday, there was another 20 to 30 feet of loss in the banks of the sinkhole. The sinkhole is currently 260 feet across at its widest point, and while there is no verified depth, its believed to be around 50 feet deep.
