Guilty Plea In Plan To Burn Boat For Insurance Fraud

A man who damaged a Tuckerton marina and other boats has entered a guilty plea. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Bruce Roslin entered a guilty plea April 12 for the charge of second-degree conspiracy to commit theft by deception. Roslin faces a possible sentence of up to 10 years in state prison. A state police investigation led to 18 counts against Roslin, including arson, insurance fraud and other crimes related to a 2009 fire that destroyed his boat, a Tuckerton marina and several other boats.
