A bumbling Manhattan jeweler claims he lost two diamond rings worth a total of $1 million that he was supposed to re-size for a wealthy client but prosecutors say he actually stole them.
Ashot Logian, 44, the CEO of Jado jewelers, was given a 10.6-carat white diamond and a 4.2-carat oval yellow diamond, both in platinum ring settings, in May of 2017, according to Manhattan Supreme Court papers.
