Across industries and across business lines, the liability landscape is in a state of flux.

The plight of PG&E after last year’s catastrophic wildfires highlights concerns about wildfire liability claims going forward. Traumatic brain injury claims are cropping up earlier and are a growing issue for automotive and general liability lines.
