
A months worth of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday morning flooded homes and closed roads in Volusia County.After 8-10 inches of rain fell in some spots, residents hit the streets in kayaks and canoes Wednesday morning and students ditched their shoes to wade through the water on their way to school.
