Our last claims poll asked our readers which type of claim they dread or gives them the most angst. We’ve tallied the results and we’re slightly surprised.
Options like having a fatality involved, permanent disability, or total losses didn’t even total the votes of the winning response.
Over half of you said that fraudulent claims that you can’t prove brings them more angst than anything else. While it’s kind of surprising that fatalities didn’t receive more votes, it does make sense that knowing a claimant is being fraudulent yet not being able to do anything about it must be extremely frustrating.
