MAP WEBSITE
Fain, Major & Brennan, P.C. was founded in 1976 and has since evolved into one of Georgia's premier litigation defense firms. From our office in Atlanta, we represent insurance companies, businesses and professionals throughout the state of Georgia with our focus in the Metropolitan Atlanta area.

Ours is a broad-based civil litigation practice, including product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation, trucking litigation, insurance coverage disputes, wrongful death and professional liability defense. Our greatest endorsement comes from the many respected companies that have chosen us to manage their legal needs. Our clients, many whom we call our friends, include leaders in their respective industries.

We view ourselves as more than a litigation defense firm. Our lawyers partner with our clients to manage litigation costs. Our goal is to strengthen our clients' bottom line with prompt and cost-effective attention to each case. We understand that there are times when settlements and compromise are appropriate, and in those circumstances we use our background in alternative dispute resolution to serve our clients. There are also times when litigation is necessary. Our lawyers have the trial experience needed to obtain successful trial outcomes for our clients.

Compromise and settlement are often viable ways to minimize the uncertainty and risk of litigation. However, negotiations are only effective when the other side knows that your law firm has a track record of obtaining successful results in the courtroom.
