MAP WEBSITE
Since 1982, Colonial Claims has always been the calm after the storm.

We are one of the largest independent insurance claims services companies in the US, contracting with more than 10,000 dedicated adjusters. Over the past 38 years, we have handled approximately $40 billion in damages. With our year-round staff of examiners and quality assurance specialists, we do not have to hire and train contractors in catastrophe situations.

We partner with carriers, brokers, Lloyds syndicates, TPAs, excess carriers, public entities and risk managers to service all types of property and liability claims including Flood, Earthquake, Residential Property, and Commercial Property, in catastrophe and daily assignment scenarios.

We are dedicated to delivering the best customer experience and providing the highest-quality claims solutions across the nation and its territories. We maintain our own in-house training center and conduct certification classes throughout the year for both adjusters and our staff. Our ability to quickly scale up ensures we are prepared and can immediately respond to any event or catastrophe.

At Colonial Claims, we understand your business, your needs, and what it takes to do the job right. If you are looking for an experienced partner, or to learn more about Colonial Claims, contact us on 1-800-356-6326 or Colonial@ColonialClaims.com.

Claims Adjusters, Appraisers, Examiners, and Investigators

Claims adjusters, appraisers, examiners, and investigators evaluate insurance claims. They decide whether an insurance company must pay a claim, and if so, how much.

Fire Inspectors and Investigators

Fire inspectors visit and inspect buildings and other structures, such as sports arenas and shopping malls, to search for fire hazards and to ensure that federal, state, and local fire codes are met. They also test and inspect fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment to ensure that it works. Fire investigators determine the origin and cause of fires by searching the surrounding scene and collecting evidence.
