Southern Wells County in south central North Dakota... * Until 145 AM CDT. * At 1048 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. 2 to 3 inches of rain has already fallen. An additional inch of rain is expected this evening. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hurdsfield, Cathay, Bowdon, Chaseley and Heaton.
