VERY COLD WEATHER EXPECTED TONIGHT...
Fresh snow, diminishing winds and clear skies will allow temperatures
to fall well below zero over most of northern and central Wisconsin
tonight.
Wind speeds will become low enough late tonight that the wind will
not make it feel that much colder than the air temperature. Therefore
a wind chill advisory will not be issued.
The combination of subzero temperatures and the light winds will
make it feel 15 to 25 below zero late tonight and early Thursday,
so dress warmly if you will be outdoors.
