early morning. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Western Grant and western Pendleton Counties in
eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.
