levels to either stagnate or continue to fall. Overall, river levels
have been underachieving their forecast heights so this is promising
for a potential end to Spring flooding concerns.

* At 8:30 AM Monday the stage was 15.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 16.5 feet by
early Thursday morning. Additional rises may be possible
thereafter.
