Wabash River at New Harmony affecting Wabash, Posey, White,
Gibson and Gallatin Counties.
.The Wabash River at New Harmony will crest around 17.0 feet early
Monday morning. The river is forecast to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning. .
For the Wabash River...including New Harmony...Minor flooding is
forecast.
...The Flood Warning remains in effect...
The Flood Warning continues for
the Wabash River at New Harmony.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 7:30 AM CST Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 AM CST Sunday was 16.9 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
morning.
