West Central Jim Wells County in south central Texas...
* Until 645 AM CDT.
* At 346 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Diego, Freer, Benavides, Rosita and San Jose.

Amargosa Creek, Las Animas Creek, Soledad Creek, Toro Creek,
Guajillo Creek, Hoffman Creek, Colmena Creek, Animas Creek South,
Agua Poquita Creek, Parrilla Creek North, Tarancahuas Creek, Macho
Creek, San Andreas Creek, Santa Gertrudis Creek, Chiltipin Creek,
Trinidad Creek, Rosita Creek, San Diego Creek, Concepcion Creek,
