FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM MDT EARLY THIS MORNING FOR EASTERN PHILLIPS COUNTY... At 1244 AM MDT, Local law enforcement reported several roads are being flooded across eastern Phillips county, including Highway 6 east of Holyoke. Between 4 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Life threatening flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
