In southwest Arkansas, Columbia. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
