Wintry Mix Through Early Afternoon... Rain mixed with sleet at times will continue through late this morning over southside Hampton Roads and the eastern Tidewater areas. A light accumulation of sleet is possible over grassy surfaces through midday. Any lingering precipitation will be changing over to plain rain before diminishing by early this afternoon.
