The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers...
Great Miami River at Miamitown.
Scioto River at Circleville.
...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Great Miami River at Miamitown.
* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding impacts low-lying areas along the
Great Miami River south of Miamitown over southwest Miami
Township. Flooding also occurs along the river from New Baltimore
to Cleves. Water extends onto several properties by the river and
approaches, but does not enter, homes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.7
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
