PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING... Patchy dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile in some locations early this morning. The fog will not be widespread but motorists should be prepared for sudden changes in visibility. The fog will lift by 8 or 9 am.
