Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches above 3000 feet with a coating to a slushy inch or two below 3000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant County. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
