Dense Fog In The Valleys Through 9 AM... Dense fog has developed in many valleys of Garrett, Allegany, Mineral, Grant, Hardy, Hampshire, Pendleton, and Highland Counties. Visibility is being reduced to one-quarter of a mile or less at times. Drivers should be alert for rapid changes in visibility. Slow down, increase following distance, and use low beam headlights when encountering dense fog.
