FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT SUNDAY... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by snowmelt is ongoing. * WHERE...A portion of east central California, including the following county, Mono. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated, and out of banks in some locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1207 PM PDT, Water management has reported snowmelt in the advisory area, with further melt anticipated this weekend as temperatures warm. This will cause bring continued minor flooding to small creeks and streams. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
