around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Litchfield County in northwest Connecticut, southern
Berkshire County in western Massachusetts, and the southeast
Catskills, mid Hudson Valley and southern and central Taconics of
eastern New York.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads
and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact
the Friday morning commute.

after temperatures rise above freezing.
