* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Bell and Harlan. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 153 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Harlan, Wallins Creek, Kentenia, Liggett, Hensley Store, Pathfork, Martins Fork, Mary Alice, White Star, Peepace Store, Teetersville, Tremont, Elcomb, Grays Knob, Tway, Sunshine, Black Snake, Chevrolet, Martins Fork Lake and Blackmont.
