A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Manager on the Private Client Services (Personal Lines Insurance) team, you'll be responsible for developing and servicing mid-size to large, complex accounts. Serving as an advisor and consultant to clients, you will maintain and retain existing business, while following up on referrals and rounding client accounts. Successful candidates will have:

  • Ability to maintain and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage existing clients accounts with premium levels in excess of $100, 000
  • Prepare and present renewal summaries, while providing a strategy to enhance and improve existing insurance programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal team to deliver solutions to meet client's needs.
  • Ability to grow accounts and identify cross sell opportunities.
  • Knowledgeable of personal lines and small business carrier products and services

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of personal lines coverage with a minimum 3 years prior experience in customer service within the insurance industry
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health license, or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
