Car Arson, Vandalism Related to Murder Suspect

Bremerton police say arson and vandalism of two cars targeted family friends of the teen arrested for the killing of 6-year-old Jenise Wright. Sgt. Kevin Crane says police were called to a home in the 3300 block of Pine Street in East Bremerton around 1 a.m. Thursday, where one car had been set on fire and another vandalized. "The victims in this case are close friends with the mother of the homicide suspect and it appears this may be some sort of retaliation," Crane says.
