Crime Spree: Carjacking and Crashing Vehicles in California

A man who allegedly carjacked several people, all with a box cutter, was arrested Monday after a string of crashes along the Pacific Coast Highway. The suspect, described only as a man in his 40s, entered an elderly woman’s home in the 16800 block of Sunset Boulevard in Pacific Palisades around 8 a.m.The woman’s daughter told NBC4 the man put on the woman’s clothes and cut his hair in her sink before he allegedly pulled out a knife and demanded that the woman drive him to Beverly Hills.
