Getaway attempt stymied when suspect’s baggy pants fall to his ankles

A 19-year-old burglary suspect’s getaway attempt failed when his pants fell to his ankles and he fell to the ground, deputies said. Jordan Bodden was placed in handcuffs by deputies who responded to calls of multiple vehicle burglaries on Sunday night at about 8:45 p.m. on 16th Avenue North in Lake Worth, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrest report. Bodden, of Lake Worth, tried to run west down 16th Avenue while handcuffed, deputies said. But his pants dropped to his ankles and he fell, according to the arrest report.
