Semi Involved In Fatal Chain-Reaction Wreck On Kentucky Interstate

A semi-truck driver is facing charges following a fiery crash on Interstate 64 that killed a Louisville woman Wednesday afternoon. Kentucky State Police arrested 22-year-old Miroslav Kuzmanovic of Lakewood, Washington and charged him with reckless homicide. Police say Kuzmanovic was behind the wheel of his semi Wednesday afternoon, when he didn’t see slowed traffic on westbound I-64 in Shelby County. That’s when his truck ran into the back of the car in front of him. That car burst into flames from the force of the impact.
