Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Knox, Southern Somerset, and Central Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with gusty winds and low visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. Delay travel; use extreme caution if travel is necessary. The combination of strong, gusty winds and heavy, wet snow on tree limbs may cause tree damage resulting in downed power lines and power outages. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute, and will likely impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a expected to be a long-duration, multi-faceted event.
