Canal Road inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
