thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for northwestern
and west central Georgia.
At 1255 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Frolona, or 9 miles
west of Franklin, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
ground lightning.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
light, unsecured objects.

Newnan, Carrollton, Franklin, Hogansville, Grantville, Luthersville,
