For the Middle Suwannee River...including Branford (US 27)...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Suwannee River at Branford (US 27). * WHEN...From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, In Lafayette County, flooding expands along SE River Drive, isolating homes in the area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 24.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 27.1 feet early Sunday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.2 feet on 04/27/1958. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
